We have a fleet of LWB high roof vans.

Our LWB High roof vans have the following specs for  the loading area.

  • Height 1,940mm
  • Width 1,780mm
  • Length 4,300mm
  • Volume 14.0m3
  • Payload 1285kg (This includes driver/s and fuel)

The only individual items we can dispose of is packaging from items we deliver and pallets charged per item.

If you require many items to be disposed, we do offer a Large Disposal Service that we charge per van load.

Please contact our office using one of the methods on our contact page and we can help rectify any issues.

We don’t want any customers to feel that they have been charged unfairly so please contact us via the contact page if you believe the mileage is to high.

Please note when checking the route length use the quickest route as the baseline to compare, it is usually also the shortest but this is not always the case.

For new customers we may insist on a deposit to be paid before we are able to confirm any bookings, this amount will be deducted from the final invoice.

For business customers that have made previous bookings we may be able to arrange bookings with no deposit necessary.

Yes please contact of office using the contact page to cancel any bookings.

Any cancelations within 48 hours of the bookings will be charged the minimum amount.

Our standard payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice.

If you can’t pay within the payment terms you may incur a late payment charge of £40. If you believe you can’t pay on time please contact our office as soon as possible.

We our understanding and only charge customers a late payment if they are not responding when contacted or are not cooperating.

For regular customers we may be able to increase our payment terms, please contact our office using the contact page to find out more.

Will will accept payment via bank transfer. We currently don’t have the ability to take card payments directly but this may considered in the future.

Yes we insure all our customers goods with goods in transit insurance.

There are some exceptions which include

  • Glass
  • Jewellery
  • cash
  • Used electronics
  • Art
  • Antiques

Our standard insurance covers goods at a rate of £10 per kilo.

For example a item weighing 10kg would be insured up to a value of £100

We should be able to increase the insurance cover if needed at a premium. Contact our office when making a booking and we will be able to advise.

Yes our company used to be called Cotswold Freight, we changed our name in 2019 as we no longer use HGV vehicles and the name no longer seemed relevant to our company
